How to Order

Please give us a call to process your order. Please have your choices summarized and ready to make your order with one of our sales associates. Once you have made your order, our sale associate will tell you the amount due. At that time you may pay directly by credit card.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal. Therefore we have designed our refund policy to keep our customers satisfied in all purchases. As our customer you have two choices:

1. Exchange for different sizes
If even after using our sizing hints you find that an ordered item does not fit comfortably, please call our Scottsdale store at (480) 609-2812, and explain the problem. If one of our sales associates can recommend an alternative selection you can return the original purchase and we will reship the alternative size choice.

2. Store Credit
If within 14 days of receipt of your order you find that for any reason you are unsatisfied, please return the items along with your order form receipt that was included in your delivery for store credit..

  *We have only one restriction on returns. As we cannot return items to our suppliers, returned item must be in the original receipt condition.

Shipping Information

We ship United States Postal Service Priority Mail.  Any order up to $250.00 will be charged $12.00.  Any order $250.00 or over will be shipped free.  Expect 4 – 7 days delivery if all items are in stock.  We will let you know if some items are not.  Be sure to include your daytime phone number.

If you require your order faster please call us at 480-609-2812 or e-mail us at: sales@bgauze.com and we will make arrangements per your instructions to expedite delivery.

Exchanges will be made for store credit only within 14days of receipt of goods.  Returned garments need to include the original sales receipt and all tags must be attached to the clothes.  Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
